💳 Raketplace.com Refund Policy (Revised)

This policy governs the process for refund requests made by Buyers on Raketplace.com, a marketplace for digital goods and services.


 

1. Buyer Refund Eligibility and Timeframe

 

A Buyer may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: A Buyer must submit a refund request within three (3) calendar days from the scheduled due time of delivery as agreed upon in the project or service description.

  • Non-Delivery: The service or digital good was not delivered by the Seller within the agreed-upon timeframe.


 

2. Situations Where No Refund Will Be Issued

 

Please note that refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Completion of Delivery: Once a project, service, or digital product has been delivered, submitted, or downloaded by the Buyer, the transaction is considered final and no refund will be processed.

  • Buyer Misinterpretation: The Buyer’s dissatisfaction is due to a misinterpretation of the project scope, service description, or digital product specifications that were clearly outlined by the Seller.

  • Buyer Change of Mind: The Buyer decides they no longer need the service or digital good after the Seller has begun work.


 

3. Seller Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  • Seller-Initiated Cancellation: Raketplace.com does not accept cancellation or refund requests initiated by the Seller. The Seller is obligated to fulfill the agreed-upon service or delivery.


 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

All refund requests must be initiated by the Buyer through the official refund request system on Raketplace.com. The request must include the Order ID, the scheduled delivery date, and a clear explanation with proof of non-delivery.
