Account & Service Limits (Updated)

| Is it free to create an account? | Yes! Creating a Buyer or Seller account on Raketplace is completely free. |
| How many services can I offer as a free user? | Sellers can create up to 20 services (or “Rakets”) under the free account tier. You can successfully maximize your earning potential with the free account. |
| What does a Premium account offer? | Upgrading to a Premium account allows you to significantly expand your reach by creating up to 50 services (Rakets). Please note: All Premium upgrades are subject to approval by Raketplace. |
| How much does the Premium account cost? | The Premium subscription is billed annually and costs $3,999. |
| Is the Premium subscription refundable? | Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Premium subscriptions, provided the account has not successfully sold any service during that 7-day period. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. |
Seller Verification & Documentation

| How do I become a Verified Vendor? | To become a Verified Vendor, you must meet three requirements: 1. Successfully complete 5 fulfilled orders. 2. Submit a verification form. 3. Provide a valid legal ID as proof of identity. |
| Does Raketplace provide a Certificate of Employment (COE)? | No, as an independent platform, we do not provide a Certificate of Employment (COE). However, we can provide a Certificate of Earnings as a seller/vendor upon request. |
Account Management & Termination

| What happens if my account is inactive? | If your account shows no activity for 6 consecutive months, you will be notified via email and given a 7-day grace period. If the account remains inactive, it will be permanently deleted. |
| Can my account be terminated? | Yes. Any account found to be asking for, or participating in, transactions outside of the Raketplace platform will be immediately terminated. All unwithdrawn earnings will be forfeited. All projects and payments must be handled exclusively through Raketplace. |
